What can you learn from AT&T? 

I got 3 of these emails from AT&T “inviting” me to checkout their newest stores. First, none of these stores are near me. Second, it’s silly to send individual email to customer informing him about their each newest store. Just include all applicable “nearby” stores in the same email. 

Lesson: don’t annoy your customers with redundant and irrelevant messages. Be competent and send relevant information. For such massive and established company like AT&T I can’t expect anything less than that.
